A unique solitary race<\/h2>\n

The Vend\u00e9e Globe<\/a>, the “Everest of the Seas”, a unique solitary race, is an extraordinary challenge that makes us all dream at Plastic Odyssey.<\/p>\n

The event offers worldwide visibility, and many skippers are committed to a noble cause. Test of Armel TRIPON’s ship<\/h3>\n

Armel TRIPON invited the team to try out his ship. Simon, Bob, and Alexandre took part in the Azimut challenge<\/a> between Lorient and the island of Groix. A symbolic challenge<\/h3>\n

77 days separate the start of the Vend\u00e9e Globe (November 8th, 2020) and the departure of the Plastic Odyssey expedition (January 24th, 2021). The Vend\u00e9e Globe record is 73 days, and Armel TRIPON and the L’Occitane en Provence intend to get close to it.
